De Circle Chart Music Awards (voorheen bekend als de Gaon Chart Music Awards) heeft de winnaars van dit jaar onthuld!
Op 10 januari vond de Circle Chart Music Awards 2023 plaats in Busan's Bexco. Net als in voorgaande jaren werden de prijzen voornamelijk bepaald door de commerciële uitvoering van nummers en albums op basis van de Circle -hitlijsten van 1 december 2022 tot 30 november 2023.
NCT Dream Won de Daesang (Grand Prize) voor Digital Album of the Year, naast de Awards for Artist of the Year (Album) en World K-Pop Star.
Dit jaar werden de Artist of the Year en Rookie of the Year Awards nieuw gereorganiseerd. Artist of the Year Awards werden in vier categorieën toegekend - album, digitale, unieke luisteraars (streaming) en wereldwijde streaming - aan elk vijf kunstenaars. Ondertussen werden Rookie of the Year Awards in drie verschillende categorieën toegekend.
